The Type 303/304 machines can be used as stand-alone washer or integrated into a fully automatic line. The containers are washed and dried internally at several cleaning stations. The containers are fed automatically from an upstream machine or manually using trays. After an extensive pre-cleaning in an ultrasonic bath, the objects are lifted by stainless steel grippers and are then gently transported to the working stations. Servo motors positioned along the line guarantee the alignment of the containers with the washing and drying needles, which move along a vertical axis, efficiently cleaning the inside of the objects.

The Type 515 is a monoblock machine to process vials with the following steps: a) ultra high accuracy filling (up to +/- 0.05 %) of liquids or powder products, with possible fill volumes down to 0.01 ml, b) closing with stoppers or press-in dropper inserts, c) closing with crimp or screw caps. The containers are fed into a single or double lane conveyor belt, optionally with a pre-linked rotary infeed turntable. After the required number of containers have arrived at the loading station, the row of containers is pushed into the tray by a transfer pusher. The machine Type 604 is a fully automatic, roll-fed labeler, able to process container sizes of up to 160 mm in diameter and 320 mm in height. The containers can be fed from an upstream machine via a rotary table, from a conveyor, or even manually.
